First Aid Training

Day 1 of the First Aid at work training course - so far so good and even though I've done it a number of times - this is actually more interesting this time around - and as usual there are changes to how some of these things are done!

But the best bit is that it's now continuous assessment so no scary exam at the end! Oh yeah - and lunch is included!

Muppet moment this morning on the way in though - managed to miss my junction so had a 5 minute detour - d'oh!
