Off to run some errands before lunch. I took the main blip by the supermarket and the construction site of the new hypermarket in the same spot as the extra 33 1/3 years ago. In the map you can see where it is, but neither the map nor the satellite image are up to date.

Ploughing in the afternoon. I took coffee and cookies along, thinking that it would be nice to have a break in the fresh air and I wouldn't need to drive home in between, but it wasn't so good, as I had to share the moment with a horde of midges. Surprising to have so many insects after a frosty night.

Edit: Five millimetres of rain by 9:30 pm and that's in the last two hours. A lot more expected.
