A snip in time.

I've been coming to Greece for 30 years now but my least favourite thing has always been the state of the poor cats, dirty, skinny and with more kittens on the way. I've always travelled with cat biscuits in my case and distributed them where I could.
In Samos this week I noticed that many if the cats have a ' chopped ear' . It turns out that this is to signify they have been neutered . A Dutch organisation has been carrying this out over the last two years on many of the islands. The upshot being that the cats are in much better condition and there are not so many sad cases.
