2023 Thursday — Hot Hot Hot

“No Honey, we are not in Italy.”

All day this Thursday, the first Thursday in October, has been an adventure. It arrived wrapped in warmth and spiced with gusts of wind.

Then 81° F was the afternoon high in a coastal region that rarely sees 70° F on its thermometer.

So we headed to the harbor to let the water cooled air refresh us. That was when we saw the gondola gliding along. We had seen ads for this new attraction in the bay. Someday we will go for a gondola ride.
