The night before

A late leisurely breakfast with the cousins and then we drove up to Old Meldrum for son number 2’s wedding tomorrow. It’s strange to see these young men whom I remember so well as small children in Kintyre who will be the best man and groomsmen. I discovered that we had all had completed the Great Scottish Run in 2007, unfortunately none of us, including one high powered techie could extract the results. I’m pretty certain I would have been the fastest.

The Old Meldrum Hotel is a wonderful , especially after the Sleephuts in Arran. Islay Dog is with her family in the annex and has been provided with her own dog bed and what looks like a basket of treats.
