Lunch

Homemade lentil and vegetable soup for lunch today. Rib-sticking stuff and exactly what's needed when the weather is as cold and wet as it's been these last few days. This soup always reminds me of my Mum - she could make a lovely pot of soup. Such a comfort food - soup is very underrated in my opinion!
