Had a meeting with line manager and boss about my potential work after retirement.
I would like to work 1 or 2 days a week, but not weekends (I've worked so many weekends throughout my working life).
They wanted me to do some weekend work and possible holiday cover. I basically said no and left them to discuss while I went back to work.
I'm not caving in, they can take it on my terms or leave it. They say they don't want to lose me, but after 10 years it will be on my terms.
Went to see a dear friend after work as it was her birthday. The dogs had fun playing in her large back garden with her dogs
