Woken up at 4am by intense dreams. Didn’t really get back to sleep after that. Rest of the day was chaos as my biorhythms were all out of whack. Not so good. 

Went to the dump again today. Strider has been having a clear out and deposited his rusty helmet in the metal skip along with two battle axes and a Roman sword. 

It’s called outgrowing the things of your youth …

The Tory party conference rumbles towards a close. These guys are totally disconnected from reality. They are not fit to govern anything more than a second rate golf club. God help us.
