Wood Pidgeon getting ready for bed

This is a young Bird I think?As it still dosen't have it's full Yellow/Orange beak.
But anyway it was not concerned with me sticking my lens into it's preparation to roost?
I'm having to get used to the restrictions of my older Sigma 170-500 APO F5-6.3 D lens without it's O/S system! But generally I think optically this is as good as my new one.
Will take the O/S one for repair tomorrow and hope it won't take long to return?
