National Poetry Day

Now this is our spaniel called Joe
He’s ever so sweet, don’t you know!
He’s thirteen years old
Doesn’t see much I’m told.
And his friend is our beagle, Hugo

(You have to emphasise the “Hu” in Hugo to keep the rhythm!)
