Lemons

One of the things I had laughed about with my. frends yesterday was the recent restart of hot water with lemon to start the day.  They directed me to a Russell Kane rant about people who drink that and to another where he voices an opinion that I share about questions being asked online that likely took longer to add than it would have taken to find the answer via a search engine 

I had to laugh when during my Springboard session today we did a mindfulness exercise where we were instructed not to think about lemons then bombarded by lemon talk.
