Trees

I love trees. At Basildon Park in Reading, England. there are some fine old tree specimens, including yews, chestnuts, and oaks, to name a few. In the US, yews are treated particularly badly. They are referred as ‘foundation plantings’ that are pruned into unnatural shapes of balls and cylinders. If only people realized how beautiful these mature trees really are.
