Out and about

... with my sister when I spotted this weather vane that appealed to me. Blip sorted!

At teatime we popped up the road to share birthday cake and sing Happy Birthday to my niece. Heard all about our great nephew's start at college, which he's loving. Then non-stop chatter from our great-niece, who's just started Year 9 at school. Before the end of January next year she will have to pick her options for GSCE courses. Like her brother, English literature and drama will be top of her list. Lots of joshing and teasing between the youngsters and their friend from next door, all good natured. Lovely to listen to! :-)
