A brighter day!
I walked in cemeteries today and arranged my relatives' graves for winter with hubby helping me. A bit too much walking to my replacement knee, but I could take a rest in between. And more in the evening.
We have this splendid great knee replacement hospital Coxa here in Tampere, and they really succeed in my case, I think: The medication has been more than perfect, so I according to the strict instructions I have been walking short walks from the day one - and got outdoors after walking two weeks indoors only.
It is now the 6th week after surgery and still only approx. 500m plus 500m journeys walking is been allowed. This has been the situation already couple of weeks. Still walking even a mild downhill is still very difficult as you can see from the clip. And I can not walk stairs yet.
Anyway all those certain rehearsals are far more important than walking. More than 5 weeks I have done excersices 2x daily. The moving of the replacement knee is already quite normal.
Yesterday and today I made only 2 exercises and I have felt better and fit and I have not been so sleepy during the day.
I was bright sunyday, still very warm, some +13c.
In the blip there is a lantern that I made in the evening.
