Sunflower Seeds

A day on my own and the weather has been dreadful. The rain has finally stopped and the forecast is for it to be dry overnight so that should give the river a chance to settle down again. So, a bit of exercise, housework, yoga and now settling down for some easy watching on the tv.

The birds seem to be enjoying the sunflower seeds from the flower heads I cut a few weeks ago.
