More kelp

We have had a day of beaches and a prehistoric tomb. I found some beaches more inspiring than others.

It’s been a grey, windy day, quite mild but the wind was tiring.

Just after our time to travel home, the heavens opened!

I was entranced to find more kelp near to the water’s edge.

I have been looking for rock pools every day with no success. Today I was rewarded. There were loads and loads of sea anemones. Photographing them proved very difficult. My 70-200mm lens is not focusing accurately, so I’m relying on the 24 105 and my iPhone. It was lovely to see them. One in extras.

This is our last night in self catering. Tomorrow we head for Galway.
