Saintpaulia

 
Tai Chi this morning and my knees are very unhappy. However, after a rest they are okay again. They creak very loudly during the class, especially my right knee, but I shall continue with Tai Chi for a while to see if it helps with my balance and all the things Tai Chi is supposed to do. I must remember to breathe at the same time!
 
Today’s picture is of a new plant, a Saintpaulia (African Violet) growing from a leaf. It is years since I have attempted to grow any, but I grew dozens of various colours before I lived here.
