Manhattan Short

My sister, daughter and I had great fun at the Manhattan Short Film Festival tonight.

It grew out of a New York festival to encompass 500 venues across the world showing a selection of ten short films from a range of countries and genres. Screenings take place this week, with audiences voting for their favourite film and actor. Winners announced next Monday, although the real winners were the audiences - most of the films were really interesting.

It was fun (just like blip) to feel part of a worldwide community, but difficult to choose the best. Although it turned out my daughter and I made exactly the same selections!
