Watching

How does the weather know I've just got to the park and start to rain? It brightened slightly this afternoon and I managed to get in the garden. I split my irises a couple of years ago and it's the first time they've flowered since, but there's not many of them. I thought this was a small bee at first, but on closer inspection it looks more like a very orange wasp, so I'm still not sure.
