Ant fascination

While taking a break from moving the lawn at out summerhouse (the grass was half a meter high...!) I sat down by this anthill to admire these disciplined and hard working creatures. They reside under a concrete lid, and when I lifted it, some instantly started to move all the little eggs, while others started, fearlessly, to attack my hand.. I find them very fascinating..
Jobwise, I've had two great days as a freelance editor. A danish comedian produces a TV-series where he and a friend travel around the world to photograph abandoned places. True Urban Explorers. They needed me to make a TV dummy for Discovery, because they want to do another series. I've seen all their first programs, and really liked it, so I was really excited to edit this promo for them. He was a really nice guy, and being a comedian, we laughed hard several times.. Nice way to spend a work day. He's also been photographing for 25 years, so we really bonded.. :) you can check out his work HERE.. It's really great stuff!
