Wooden spoon

Well plastic.  We spent the weekend in Kinross curling rink playing in a competition.  We lost two games by 1 and won two games by 1 so we were fairly pleased with our performance and the company was great with teams as far away as Canada coming over to play and also take in some sightseeing.  
Tonight was just one game too far.  It was the opening Bonspiel of our club at Hamilton and the team I was in came last.  But it was not all doom and gloom as the booby prize was this beautiful cooking/ salad spoon.  I was delighted to get it haha.
