Catching the sun

The evening sun was lighting up the grasses. It has been a fine sunny day, but there is a nip in the air.
I went to a funeral this afternoon of one of our WI members. She was a past president and I was at her school., She was well known in the village so the church was absolutely full. A lovely service and we sang our school hymn.
