Sunshiny day

A beautiful day here.. bit of a breeze but with some lovely sunshine.  My Oxalis is looking pretty good just now considering it nearly died while I w away on holiday. 
A back treatment today.. that will hopefully help as she also treated my gut .. she was horrified at how tight it felt after my gluten intake.. it feels quite different now.. she is a wonderful healer. 

Rest of the day will be quiet.. feeling a bit wiped out after the treatment (in a good way).  I say quiet but actually the builders have moved in big time to the house near us and they spent all day yesterday with a jackhammer breaking up the concrete floor and removing it ready for a new one to go in a few feet away.. first diggers for pipes etc.. anything but quiet out there!
