Spot the mast

Yesterday the forecast for today was good and we had planned to go for a walk, but by this morning it had changed drastically. Someone at the Met Office must have stuck their head out of the window into the grim reality of low cloud, grey sky and, at times, torrential rain!

An indoor day then, tackling a few little jobs and pottering. Thought maybe we could manage a walk on the way to Fox Valley, where we went for an evening meal, but decided against it when the rain came down again! On the way, a ray of sunshine hit the distant wind turbines. If you look carefully, you can see the vestige of a rainbow and to the left the bottom of Emley mast peering out below the cloud.
