Greenfinch

There was a young greenfinch at the bird feeding station as I was gazing out of the window. It was at the cute stage, before it becomes a grumpy adult!

This afternoon we went to our local Social Club. Today's talk was by a couple of young ladies who run a Forest School for the local schoolchildren.

They let us have a play with natural music instrument and encouraged us to tie-dye a piece of cotton with elderflower berries.

A list went round the room for us to choose our Christmas dinners!
