This was once council offices. Dates back to 1890and iIts been on the market for a while.

The sign outside now says 'Under Offer' . Something in the region of $1.5 million. They say it is to become a Boutique Hotel probably specialising in weddings.

As long as it doesn't remain derelict much longer!
