See food, eat it
Today I was hoping to blip an image from the exhibition I visited at the Welcome Collection but sadly there was a big sign saying that photography was NOT allowed. So all I can do is to advise any of you who can get to London before the end of the month to go and see for yourselves. This amazing exhibition is Souzou, a collection of Japanese Outsider Art. You can read about ithere.
So, instead, here is the cover of a fascinating book, something like an early blip journal.
From 11th March 2001 (her 22nd birthday) for a year and a day, Ellie Harrison took a digital camera everywhere she went and photographed every single morsel which went into her mouth. Amazing. You can see all the photos here(What will you do to celebrate your 23rd year, Sarah? )
The rest of the Wellcome Collection is just as interesting.. and there is a great bookshop, a library and cafe as well. It's quite a trendy spot :-)
