Ferry to Largs

We were up long before Mark and Helen so went for an early Sunday morning walk along the 'promenade'. It was very peaceful at that time.

Left after lunch and got the ferry back to Largs before driving to Glasgow. Dropped the boxes off at Anne's office that had been in our boot for months after we picked them up from Edinburgh. Did a bit of shopping in John Lewis then had crepes for lunch in the cafe there.

There were torrential downpours in the afternoon. Anne took Orla on the procession and when it started to rain they took shelter at Auntie Anne's and I went to pick them up in the car.

Popped into Tesco and the porch by the front entrance was totally flooded so customers had to use the side door.
