Boring ; )

The conditions looked promising so I went to see if there was a spring tidal bore on the Nith. There was … plus a surfer!
Then I went on to Rockcliffe for a walk and swim and it was such a gorgeous evening I had a half at the Anchor at Kippford watching the sun go down.

Extra of rock formation that I think might be fossilised ripples in greywracke deposited in the Iapetus Ocean … beautiful.
