6 weeks in

I’ve now been here 6 weeks, the enablement team has donee we it’s job & I am free to get up when I want. I still have stair practice with the OT & podiatry but I can officially manage at home!!

The leafy plant was a gift from my 2 favourite carers in Gainsborough.
