Meat Free Mondays

Today was the launch of Meat Free Monday. One day a week of not eating meat.

Seems sensible to me - although we have meat free most days anyways as we're pescatarians.

So I'm with Paul, Linda and Yoko celebrating with pasta and tomato sauce and avocado salad and BB's bread.

You know it makes sense.
