This beautiful piece was created by John Vanderkolk, an artist based in Woolgoolga, NSW http://www.vanderkolk.com.au who's work I am in awe of. John asked me to do take some photos of a piece he was submitting for the http://www.blakeprize.com.au/

This is not the piece submitted to the Blake Prize, however, while I was photographing the sculpture, we also shot a number of other pieces that John has completed, this one is just one that I really love.
