Day 1

I'm finally here! I arrived very late last night, not getting to my hotel in Akihabara until 11pm, but I made it safe and sound and spent today finding my feet a little. 

I explored my local surroundings of Akihabara today before taking the train to Ikebukuro (a little exercise to get myself more used to the JR Lines)

I also booked my ticket for the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Kyoto on Tuesday!
