Joy of new gadget

Oh how wonderful to hear the letterbox jangle and the heavy drop of something bigger than a bill but still small enough not to need a knock on the door. I hope this little gem will help me solve a volume issue in an on-going project of digitising some old micro audio cassettes from a dictaphone. The cassettes have interviews and are source material for a book. Even if the book never gets done they should be preserved for historical purposes. I hope it works.
