Late Sunrise

Sunrise now after 7 o clock.  How quickly the daylight hours get shorter at this time of year.

As I was standing here taking photographs there were two deer moving away on the left of the scene.  I could hear a stag roaring behind me, but also in the distance beyond the tree.  I did try to zero in on where it was, but from my knowledge of the area I was pretty sure he was in deep undergrowth, well away from prying eyes.

A relaxed day, tidying the garden, watching some sport.
