Did the parkrun.
36 minutes.
Dad came to cheer me on.
Then we went to the big Asda.
I'm on Cake Wednesday this week and am having a Canadian Thanksgiving brunch next Sunday so we got all the ingredients I need.
Watched some rugby.
Ate together.
Did a tiny wee bit of work.
Strictly and more rugby.
