Decisions Decisions….

Got to bed early last night which is rare indeed. 8.5 hours sleep and I was up like a salmon and got the dog out then down to parkrun where I shaved 3 mins off last weeks time.

I felt pretty good.

Then I cleaned the house (boring) before lunch with L and a trip to the shops where she got more cosmetic stuff that apparently she needed’.


Granny and Grandad had popped up whilst we were out and took H a walk and planted some plants in the garden. Nice one!

After dinner, I took L and a friend (T) from gymnastics to Aquadash at the Commonwealth pool in Edinburgh.

I was happily chatting with T’s dad in the seating area when after less than 30 mins they all got chucked out as some kid dropped a log in the pool. Unreal! We’re not even talking young kids here either.

Back home and I’m going to convince L to watch a movie called 65 with me.
