Time Of The Season

Donkey work today.  

And I think I did a good thing.

My co-worker and I met a father and daughter who were reading the sign about the donkeys.  I asked them if they wanted to come and meet them - the daughter's face lit up.

So they came with us.  

She couldn't quite believe it.  Right there in the field to have donkeys to stroke and talk to.  Naturally her dad took Fotos of her and  sent them to her elder sister.  Elder sister was apparently very jealous.

I have the feeling I'm quite good at this outreach work.

The daughter and father went home looking very happy about the turn their day took.

Every day is better with donkeys.
