Air ais

I was back at Parkrun for the first time in over a month !  It wasn't my fastest time by quite a few minutes but it wasn't my slowest either and more importantly it felt good. I really enjoyed getting back to it. 

We encountered one or two obstacles on the course which had diversions around them - Faskally Forest is also home to the Enchanted Forest which is opening next week. It is interesting to see how they gradually transform it. 

We are off to Perth tonight for supper followed by Tally's Blood at the theatre. It tells the story of an Italian family who emigrated to Scotland and has been getting good reviews.
