Light quality

This fence featured in my second blip photo back in 2 December last year.  At that time it was how the light struck the fence that attracted my attention.  Today the light struck me as it did back on 2 December, but this time I treated it differently by making a monochrome image, which I think makes for a stronger image when I compare the two side by side.  This morning the light was quite dull yet the fence still reflected the light.
