To cap it all..

A visit to West Linton today where I lounged as Luke slaved in the kitchen making Chicken Korma from scratch. He's good he is.
Home and Table Tennis downstairs with some serious players and they always share a hearty meal together afterwards. 
I don't play with them, my agile years are fading more and more into the distance.
