Yesterday this boy went walk about, he just didn’t come home. It was about 8pm when I heard his squalling & begging to be let in & fed. Refuses to say where he’s been but needing lots of cuddles which is good cause I do too.

My mileage has gone up, my stamina is improving & I did the stairs with some rhythm according to my OT
