Edinburgh Castle

Rain from Storm Agnes passed over Edinburgh during the night, A dry and breezy day, but the forecast sunshine never appeared. In fact when my partner and I went up the Braid Hills, the Met Office was showing full sunshine on the app, However the blip shows Edinburgh Castle, a vague outline of Fife, and not much else. Extra 1, of a view east, we could see Craigmillar Castle, but not the 'sunniest' places in Scotland. Extra 2 shows the geese flying overhead on their winter migration SW. There was a glint of sunshine as we headed home, but it didn't last very long.
