Friday Morning Walk

I have missed my Friday morning walk with my neighbours Shirley and Ruth over the last three weeks or so.  However, I was back with them again this morning.  It was so much fun to catch up on all the news.  We walked through Victoria Park where we saw this beautiful tree in its autumn glory.

In the afternoon we went to the Western for Mark’s three monthly check up.  Everything is looking good.  Fish and chips for tea tonight
