Finally!

It may have taken 18 months and a lot of hassle, but the job is now finally finished. The team was very pleasant and professional. There are one or two tiny bits of finishing to complete. They will wait for a couple of months until the motorised blinds arrive which should add considerably to the heat insulation. Only time will tell whether or not the living room, to which the veranda is attached, is cooler and more liveable in summer heat and weather the veranda will be warm enough to use in winter. It has to be an improvement as we have not been able to use it most of the year, only on spring and autumn mornings.
