A change of scene

We went to Guernsey for the day today. JP bought tickets for my birthday a few weeks ago and today was the day. It was a bit rough going over- the Condor from Poole. Lovely island though - we spent our time wandering around St Peter Port. It’s a lovely town - very English but with lots of French undertones. Also walked around the harbour to the very impressive Castle Corner.
Fantastic sunset on the way home as a bonus!
It was quite a long and tiring day but so worth it.
