Whose bike?

On Friday I blipped the preparations for about 700 cyclists and yesterday a 5000 year old settlement. Today while walking along cliff tops on Orkney we explored the remains of a 70+ year old war time coastal defence station. Inside a two storey observation tower was hanging this bike. It has obviously not travelled far, if at all, in the last 70 or so years and bears little resemblance to those about to set off for the 4th stage of the 'Across Britain' ride tomorrow.
