Man on roof

The pots in our garden are beginning to look rather sad so Mark and I made a start on tidying them up this morning.  In the afternoon we were invited round to our friends, Jim and Liz for tea, a chat and a look at Liz’s dahlias.  Liz is a very keen dahlia grower and has offered to take cuttings from her plants for me.  She has a very successful record when it comes to growing plants from cuttings so I am very hopeful.
