Strange leanings!

This may or may not be unusual to folk who know about trees, but it strikes me as kinda odd.....No idea what it is but I assure you that the photo was taken on the perpendicular, so it's actually growing out of the ground at 45 degrees.

It's in our factory grounds so it's not been grown in a wind tunnel, but I do wonder if it's poorly and maybe needs a tree surgeon.

I'd be really grateful if anyone can shed any light......
