The new visitor.

Woke up in time to see the tail end of Storm Agnes. The trees were tossing around wildly but there was no damage and when I  went outside everything was OK except my doormat which was a bit rumpled. Set the washing machine in action and put out mealy worms for the starlings.  I was pleased to see a little robin get in first. It's been around on and off for a week or two so I'm hoping it's taking up residence.  Went to the Pillars in the afternoon for milk and succumbed to some nice little sponge and raisin fingers. The girl who was serving me loves them too so we were having a bit of a laugh,  Came back and did some work on the front garden. While I've been putting the back into order it's been going to pot.
